Terms and Conditions

1. Product Warranty and Guarantee:

   • Most products sold under this program will have a check-only warranty, meaning they can only be inspected at the time of delivery.
   • Certain products will come with a guarantee or extended warranty, which will be clearly mentioned in advance.

2. Prohibited Use of LPTech.pk Content:

   • Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using LPTech.pk’s logos, website links, videos, or any other branded content for personal purposes without prior permission.
   • Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program and legal action, if necessary.

3. Marketing and Branding Guidelines:

   • Affiliates must use the prices limit set by LPTech.pk and cannot modify them arbitrarily.
   • Product descriptions, images, and videos provided by LPTech.pk must be used as-is, without altering details that could mislead customers.
   • Branding-related content (e.g., videos or logos) can only be used with prior approval and in compliance with LPTech.pk’s guidelines.

4. Policy Compliance for Returns and Claims:

   • All claims and returns must align with LPTech.pk’s policies. Non-compliance will result in the rejection of claims or refunds.

5. Updated Guidelines and Group Membership:

   • Affiliates are required to stay updated by actively participating in LPTech.pk’s WhatsApp or Facebook groups. All changes to policies, pricing, or products will be communicated in these groups.

6. Payment and Commission:

   • Affiliates will receive a pre-agreed commission for every successful sale. The payment terms (e.g., schedule, methods) will be shared upon joining the program.

7. Termination of Membership:

   • LPTech.pk reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s membership in cases of misconduct, violation of policies, or misuse of branding.
