  1. Proof of Issue:

    • Returns, claims, or refunds will only be accepted if the affiliate or customer provides valid proof of the issue.
    • The best method is to record an unboxing video at the time of parcel opening. Without this proof, no claims will be entertained.
  2. Eligible Products for Returns:

    • Only products explicitly marked as returnable or guaranteed are eligible for return or claim. This information will be provided in advance for clarity.
  3. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories, for it to be eligible for a return.
    • Products that show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering will not qualify for returns.
  4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • If a return is approved, the affiliate or customer may be responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  5. Resolution Process:

    • LPTech.pk will review the submitted proof (e.g., videos or images) and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days of receiving the claim.
  6. Non-Returnable Products:

    • Certain categories of products (e.g., opened software, consumables like screen protectors, or custom-ordered items) are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked as such in the product listing.
  7. Misuse of Return Policy:

    • Affiliates or customers found abusing the return policy (e.g., returning non-defective products repeatedly) will be flagged, and their account may be restricted.
